The production processes takes place in an environment where the cleanliness and the air quality are the most important variables. Plastiques Moore uses a batch control that provides full traceability on all production. All of our quality processes are well documented. Each molded component has an inspection specification which is drawn by Plastiques Moore's team with our customer. Each step in the injection molding process is monitored with our Mold Monitoring System. This process determines the best molding parameters in order to reach and maintain a zero defect production. Thus, all molded components respects the dimensional standards with pre-established tolerance's limits.
